Requirements/Age Limit
What is the minimum and maximum age limit for individuals allowed to drive the cars?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 75 years of age to operate our vehicles. Additionally, drivers must possess a full license appropriate for the class of vehicle they intend to drive.
Additional Drivers
Is it possible to add additional drivers to the contract, and what requirements must they fulfill?
Additional drivers meeting our requirements can be included in the rental agreement at the time of booking.
Return Times
By what time must the vehicle be returned on the contract ending date?
Vehicles must be returned by 5:00 pm on the contract end date.
Bond Deposit
How much is the security bond charged at the time of booking? and is it fully refundable, and when is it returned to the customer?
A refundable security bond of $500 (Minimum) will be charged at the time of booking.
Bond Deposit
Our vehicles may not be operated under the following conditions:

By individuals lacking an unrestricted Australian driver's license.

To transport goods or loads without the necessary legal approvals, permits, and licenses.

By individuals whose driver’s license has been canceled, suspended, or endorsed with loss of demerit points within the past three years, unless approved by the company in writing.

By individuals who provide false personal information or details regarding their driver’s license.

By individuals with a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit or under the influence of substances impairing driving ability.

To tow any vehicle, trailer, boat, or object without written authorization from the company.
Insurance
What insurance coverage do your vehicles have throughout the rental duration?
Our vehicles are fully insured with a reputable insurance company throughout the duration.
Besides insurance, what additional services are provided for the motor vehicle?
We provide normal service, repair, fair wear and tear of the motor vehicle and road side assistance
Cancellation policy
What is the Cancellation Policy?
If the vehicle is returned before the minimum rental period expires, the renter will be responsible for paying the weekly rental fee for each remaining week of the minimum rental period.
Weather policy
What is the Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather conditions, such as hailstorms or flooded roads, drivers must cease driving and seek shelter to prevent vehicle damage. Failure to do so may result in the renter bearing repair costs.
Fines & Penalty
Policy on Fines and Penalty Notices
In the event that we receive a fine or penalty notice related to the use of our vehicle, we will complete a statutory declaration nominating you as the driver. A nominal administration fee of $45 will be applied for this service.
